Transmits for informaiton and necessary orders copy of correspondence wih tthe Judge advocate genl. sanctioning the entertainment of ne cooly at 5th and oen Sweeper at 4 with an allowance for fuel of 4 rs. per mensum for the portion of his office which is to be at SImla as well as an allowane of rs. 30 per mensond as the rent of his office at that Station.
