Submits for the Information of het Govr. gnel. a letter from Major Phayre reporting th occurence of three fires in the Contonment of Prome and Pege. Between 9th March and 3rd April and transmitting the proceedigns of the Courts of Enquiry held on two of those cases Vizl. on the five at Promotion teh 23rd of hte same Month.
