With reference to a letter of the 28th Ultimo, states that the application on behalf of Tallewan Khan Sepoy 62nd N. I. appears to be in accordance with the G.O. 5th August 1831, under which as a Voldier of short service, and not Sufficiently cured of his insanity, to warrant his resturation to the ranks of the Army, he is entitled to the Pension applied for of Three Rupees per Mensem.
