Transmits for information and quidance copy of a Resobution statiing that Govt. see no objction to the alteration proposed by the secy. to the Govt. of Bengal in the form of the statment preseribed by the Pesolution of Govt. in the finl dept. dated 8th decr. 1843 as to contrust existing with proposed scales of charge.
