In reply to his despatch no 2161 the 9th ultimo.States that pending the decision of the supreme govt. the govt of Bombay have sanctioned the following changes in the staff in scinde as a temporary measure , on the urgent represintation of the commender in chief vizt. the brigade majority at Myderabad transferred to upper scinde and the line adjitancy from upper scinde to Myderavad and suteattern officer appointed to the treasure chest at shikarpore.
