Decision that the charges against Mr. C.L.Bhatia of the Delhi Polytechnic who was arrested under the Punjab safety Act were vague, no departmental action need be taken against him and that the period of his absence while under detention may be treated as duty provided the amount to be paid for the said period did not exceed the subsistence allowance.
