With reference to Military Deptt. letters of the 25th Ultimo, & 1st & 5th Instt. states that (Passage to Madras has been provided on the steamer Precursor for the officers & Men therein named and that a passage to Aden has also been provided on the Precursor for the Deserter from the 1st Bombay Tusiliers, referred to in Military Deptt. letter no. 141 of the 5th Instt.
