Iam directed to transmit for submission to the Most Noble the governor General a letter no 1166 of the 25th Ultimo, from the Adjit General of the army with accompaniment regarding the omission of officer of this Presidency who preceed on fulo', to Europe from Bomaby or Madras, to report their departure thence to the Assistant adjitt General .
