With refrence to my letter no 251 of the 11th and 25th june august 1852. iam directed to ransmits to you for the information of the madras bombay Government the accompanying copy of General order no 137 of issued by the most noble the Governor General of India council under this date and to request that it may be published in the officiate Gazette of your Presidency.
