With reference to Mily. Dept. letter no. 549 of 28th Novr. 1851 submit a plan on Extract of order and Estimate amtg. to Cost rs. 208-13-3 for constructing Horse Terraces for a light field Battery Sealkote and recommend that teh estimate be sanctioned and an assingment equal to its amt.granted in favor of the Exc.oficer payable from the civil treasruy at Sealkote.
