Deppartment letter no. 167 of the 17th October 1853 submit an estimate amtg. to rs. 2953-2-10 for erecting bills of Arms for a regt. of Irregular Cavy.at sealkote recommend that the estimate be sanctioned adn an assignment squal to its amount granted on the Civil treasury at sealkote in favor fo the exc. engr. of that divn.
