Submit a bill amtg. to rs. 285 for execating a partion of repairs to the Bomaby Bridge Boats observe that the amount of the bill is rs. 83-6 less then the estimated amount sanctioned by Govt. on the 16th sept. 1851 and reommend that the bill be passed in full under the eireumtancer set forth.
