In contn. of his lr. no. 783 and 80 of the 7th sept. and 25th jan. last transmits copy of despatch from the accountt. to the Govtr. oa Brngal being a detailed report on the irregulawi in the freasury accounts of the s. W. frontier Agency during the incumbency of coll ouselcy as agent.
