Transmits, for publication a Genl. order transffered corporal Ra Craven 2nd Troop 2nd Brigr. Honr. artillery to the town Major's Liet, from the 6th September last, and placing his services permanently at the disposal of the superintending of the Simla Majastic observatory from that date.
