Intimating in reply to his despatch no. 387 of the 19th Instt. that govt. approves of the arrangement by which the women and children belonging to the 4th compy. her massistys 50th foot will remain at Darjeeling and sanctions an extra allowance of 5 Rs. per mensem additional to each woman one rupee additional to each child to have effect from 1st may last.
