Submit for order, copy of ltr. form the officer commandign the 64th n.I. soliciting for the reason stated that Fugut Ally, the moonshu of the regt. may be retianed as effectign and without loss of pay until the mile of July next to enable him to undergo at that perid the examination prescribed by G.g.a. no. 449 and 678 of the 22nd Aug. and 23rd Dec. 1851.
