With referenct to lrs of the 26th nov and 14th dec last transmits copy of one addressed by him to the chief secy at bombay stating the governor genl sentiment on the construction from hby that govt on the genl order relative to the number officer to be taken from each regt of a staff employ with a desire that certain auhbsegment order in the sulyoch should be sent to bombay.
