With reference to a leter of th e13th Instt statest that the Last assstt.of H M's no. 55th Regiment was recd. in his office on the 17th Augt. 1847 and on the 20th Idem it was audited and the Usual notification of the Sums passed was forwarded to the pay Mr. Queen's troops adn to the acctt. Military Department .
