In reply to letter no. 155 of the 7th Instant, states that it is not hte practice to turn out any Passenger so he may have engaged a Cabin after the 5th each Month unles under some conergent case and under the Experess order of foot & that as the Cabin of the Tenasserim steamer hafe all been engaged the Commander has been instructed to afford Lieutt. Drummond, Executive Engineer TRenasserim Provinces, who is proceeding to join his appointment the best accommodation available on the steamer.
