Regardings a complaint preferred by Captain Honstoun of the 2nd Euro Ben fusilers of havings been turned out a 1st class cabin on board the fenasserim steamer which he had engaged and paid for together with a report on the subject by teh supdt of marine no 5571 of the 24th oct 1854.
