Transmitting copies of certain War officer letter shewing the rates of deductions required to be made from out Pnensioners of Chelsea Hospital on account of rations for themsleves and families during the passage to India and abserving that when ever such deductions are required to be made from Pensioners the necessary ammouncement is made in GO /sa no 206 of 27may 1848 /and Instructions are at the same time issued to the Departments of Pay and audit who wil probably be able to supply the information required by him.
