G with reply there to K.45 D/7th Instant intimating that the wholw of the Bombay Troops at mooltan and Peshawur are to be considered in the scinde Division Pay master circle of Payments land any advances that may be necessary for the Regt. Peshawur can be drawn on the treasury of that place.
