With advertence to his letter, no. 80, of 13th Ultimo, trasmits, for information & necessary orders, copy correspondence with the joint Depy. Commissary General, intimating that only the Fort of Peshawur is to be supplied with provisions. & that only for the Garrison which it will contain.
