With refrence to former correspondence, states that the C.in C at the earnest recommendation of the Considetration of the forces at Bombay, has been induced, to Grant to major Tudor, of the 56th foot, leave at absence to England and that a few cases how, occurred, of officers, who have, shewn that their presence, is required, in England, on private officer of extreme agency and that in these cases, His Exellency has granted leave to Bombay proposing the add the leave to England, a compe of months hee should the state of affairs, in India seem to permit and no objectiobn he permit, and no objection be made, on the part of govt.
