In reply to his Desptch , no 376, date 28th ulitmo.With refrence to frequent Complaints having been made of the inconvenice expeienced from the public landing place on the right bank of the Garges at the month of the Nullah which passes between the Barrack Square and sudder Bazar at Dinapore being at certain seasons, of the yeas greatly obstructed by larjee Collection of Simber Stored there by a wood merchant a registered resident of the sudder Bazar named Rammun sing who Claimed the ground on which he stored his timbers as his property and to the decision of the Committe that his claim to the Ground in question is not sustanied states that in this decision the C. in Chief concarred and , with refrence to the accompanying Copy Despatchfrom the officer.
