States that in the table of establishments of all European corps a Regl. Bitcher (non-effective) is allowed at 20 Rs. for monthly and which allowance is admissable to corps whether marching or stationery if singly located at a station or in aditional numbers , the lame being claimed on the ground that a Butcher forms a component fort of the establishement of a corps and that on the arival of an European corps of cavalry of Infantry or a troop or company of European artillery, at a station Cns european tropps being there previously a now commissioned officer or private is nominated in orders station Butcher and continues to act in that capacity solong as his regiment troop or company continues there it is questionable whether one or more additional corps to continue the change for gegt.
