Transmitting for consideration order to the finl Deptt a letter from the Secy to favb Mily Deptt at fort saint George of the 15th August last together with Mily Cousr papers in original of the 12th Novr 1838 with be intimating that hte Resolutions of favb in that deptt of the 12th Novr 1847.
