In reply to his letter of the 30ultimo 3856.Enclosure , relative to the rate of pension admisonable to Drummer Richd Dermpsey late of the 12th Regiment Native Infantry , who ,having serval upwards of forty years , has been transferred to the Invalid Pension Establishment on the additional Invalid pay of his sank.
