Forwarding an extt. from Honble Courts letter no 158 Dt. 1st Decr. 1852 disapproving the instruction from to stud committee to pass into the service only such houses as the veterian surgeon could repersonally pronounce to be perfictly round and desiring that the orders given to stud committe be revised.
