With reference to a lr. of the 14th instt reports that the regulatins authorize a temporary Adjutant being appointed to the WIng of a Corps detached from head quarters on a salary of rs. 181/5/.0 Wr. Mensem whcich sum would apear admissible to the officer acting in the above capacity with the Wing of H M's 14th Light Dragoons.
