With reference to a letter of the 30th March 1850, and in continuation of their of the 6th October last, submit, for information, Quarterly report of work performed in the Ferozepore, Benares and Dinapore Commissariat Office, for the period ending 30 September last, Offer observation, and solicit order as to whether the submission of these Quarterly Reports are to be continued. If Govt. Should wish for a fair comparison of the English account with the executing system in other Divisions state that the accurary of the disbursement sheet as shewn by the number of Retrenchments on 1st Audit as well as the promtitude of thre preparation should be compared.
