Submit a Bill Amounting to Rupees 489-5-9 for Salry of 7 Extra writers employed in bringing up to arrears of Bill in Bourd's Office. Offer explanations & recommend that the Bill may be passed. In future Bills will be submitted to their office in Duplicate, as per annexed copy of circular dated 15th July 1851.
