Sanctioning the entertainment from the 25th Aug. 1851 of the lad James Richards Robisons as an apprentiece on the cutter dept. of the genl. dispensary in succession to paul whose continuation in that detp. for one year was sanctioned in this deptt. ltr. no. 622 of 26th July 1850.
