In reply to no 840 dated 30th july last, intimates, that 1st corporal S.V Keeup of the sapper and miners is permitted to purchase his discharge from the service, and requests the amount purchase, money to be fowarded to the Dy Pay master of the Circle, and that functiory receipt for record to the military Department.
