In reply to major Banvs no 801, of 23rd March last requesting the Comdn in Chiefs opinin on a remark by supg. surgeon wood, that her majesty 3rd dragoon especially the families of the men had suffered from exposure on the line of march conveys the opinion of the C in C that the will brought to notice would be abviated .
