In reply to Mily Des. report that with the death of doctor Paunchkowrie Khan 26th Native Infantry all his claims upon the state ceased and adds that there are no existing rules under which a pension could be extended to his widow Rujbeen Begum while the precedent established in such a grant would be inconvient and entail a number of similar demand on the Gopvt. envolving a heavy expenditure o p returned.
