In continuation of his letter, no 393 of the 15th june last, transmits, for order, copies, of letter from the officer commanding at Loodianah and of a detail of Guards, and order lives furnished by the 7th Regt, native Infantry at that station during August, 1852. and states that, as the with drawn of the regular troop has been recommended and sanctioned, the C.in C.suggest that, such Buildings, as it may be demed advisable, to retain, and protecte should be put under charge of the Irregular, cavy.
