In continuation of his letter, no 559 of the 13th augt, forwards, for information copy despatch from the Brigadier commanding the Mooltan, and lahore, division and states, that the C.in Chief recommends that the fort of mooltan should be abandoned, for all mily purposes, as soon as practicable.
