In replyto Military dept. Despatch no. 649 of 26th Ultimo states that the necessary preliminary steps have been taken for the transport of H M's 3rd Light Dragoons from Mooltan to Kurrachee adn there to England pending the Promissed commn. from the Comander in cheif. in India.
