With reference to mily. dept. ltr. no. 455 of the 12th March and no. 553 of the 20th July last, and its enclosed draft G.A. propose to be isssued by Govt. in both of which doecuents it is announced th the system as to the articles of the clothig supplied to H.M. regt. serving in the east india.
