With reference to Mily. Dept. ltr. no. 153 of the 7th April last, approving genl. of teh addenda to the new mily. code favourabel with his ltr. citer and of a G.a. being isssued by teh commander in chief giving effect at onece to teh proposed new rules on the subject of invalidding in the native army.
