Stating that His Lord ship strongly objects, to the Barracks, at Beahampore, being transferred to the civil Department to tbe turned into Calchearies on teh Grounds, set forth Lt. General Lt. concerns, as to the expediency of retaining these Barracks for the purpose, for which they were originally intended.
