In reply to a Dispatch of the 5th Ultimo, intimats that the Governor General sees no reason why the Artillery at Delhie should not go to Meerut for practice, as well as the Bareilly Company. & that there does not seem to His Lordship to be sufficient reason for taking the land proosed at Delhie.
