In reply to Military Department letter No 525, of the 28th Nvoember 1851, wsubmits the proceedings of a special medical committee ressembled at Lahore on 29th December last be report on the case of Apothecary C Oakly from whic it appears that the unfitness of the warrat officers is not cosidered to be assigned .
