In reply to his despatch no 2878 of 9th Ultimo, sanctiongs the hill rates of Pay being passed to the Hospital Establishment attached to the Cost of Her majestry 80th foot which has been removed from darjeeling with refrence, to its, 3rd para, approves of the scale of Hospital, Establishment there adverted to for the fanatarum at Darjeeling.
