Reports that a theft was committed during last month in the quarters of the student apprentiecs and a portion of govt. property atached to their necessary enumerated within was stoten and that the value of the property last is estimated at Rs. 32-10-9 requests sanction for the purchase of articles to replace those stolen as they are urgently requird and offers observations.
