In reply to no. 2137 of 10th Decemebr 1851 intiamtign that the terms of the 3rd Para of a former better wre entended to Apply generally to all despatches of Stores the Necesity or such distinction Marks beign in every possibel case offixed to each batch of Stoes as will seem to ensure the disermentation of campment portion of such btches and ca beign recogaized.
