In reply to no. 1026 of 3rd October 1851 relative to the now admission to the order of meirt of Bugler J. Fraser stating that the general question of the admissibility of Men of Europe parcentage serving with Native Regiment to the order of merit will be referred for the orders of the Court of Director & that the case of Fraser has been already decided in negative in former Communication.
