In reply stating that when it was directed that Mr. Chisholms pay should be adjusted in strict accordance wiht regulaltion it was intended that the retrenchemtn should fall upon captain Channer Commissary of Ordnance, but under the circumstances Setforth Govt. are pleased to remit the retrechment.
