In reply to his despatch no 918 of the 8th Insttm, intimating that the Bill which accompanied, it has been forwarded, to the Mily Auditor General for disposal with refrence to this office letter to his address no 107 of the 4th July 1851. a Copy of which was forwarded to that fuctionary.
